Nasze wymagania

  • It has a minimum area of 0.7 ha

  • It is located no more than 1 km from a power station (so-called GPZ - high voltage station)

  • It is relatively flat

  • It has access to a public road

  • It is undeveloped and optimally also unforested

  • Optimally, there are no restrictions related to spatial development (no local development plan)


The process of building an energy storage facility

  • Technical assessment of the plot for the construction of an energy storage facility

  • Meeting with our representative

  • Signing the real estate lease agreement (first payment of rent)

  • Obtaining consents and permits necessary to implement the project (approx. 12 months)

  • Securing financing and building the project

  • Project lifespan (30+ years)

  • If the contract is not extended - restoration of the plot to its original condition after the end of the lease.
