Before founding Stora Energy, she served as a director at NextEra Energy, the largest renewables company in the US, as well as a country manager at R.Power Renewables, a leading renewable energy firm in Poland. She has founded and led multiple new ventures in the energy space in both Europe and the US.

An internationally-renowned BESS developer and BESS expert, Charles has developed over 1 GW of renewable projects across both Europe and the US. He brings world class technical expertise and experience, having spent nearly a decade building the North American BESS business for NextEra Energy. Additionally, he has five years of experience developing across Europe, spanning across developing, design, and construction of energy storage facilities.

Former consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in network energy, as well as for the Ministry of Development and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. She had been professionally associated with public infrastructure investments for 15 years. She has over over 10 years of experience as a main project manager in public infrastructural investments for PKP Polish Railway Line, General Director of National Roads and Motorways and other public investors. An expert in construction law, investment process, investment planning, infrastructure investments.

Miłosz Mikołajczyk

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Jagiellonian University and the Canadian Executive MBA (CEMBA) program. He has over ten years of experience in entrepreneurship and finance in the Polish SME market, as well as in investments. An entrepreneur from Silesia. Owner of legal and factoring firms, including the Mikołajczyk Financial and Legal Syndicate (Sp.j.) and M Capital sp. z o.o., and a long-standing member of BNI Poland—the leading business networking organization in the country. At Stora Energy, he is responsible for transaction structuring, financial due diligence, and partner negotiations within the energy storage project portfolio.
